How it works

From document to proved data, in four steps

One engine underneath every TradeSync tool. Documents come in; verified, structured, cited data comes out — and nothing ships until a human has proved it.

Step 1 — Parse

Two extraction layers, one structured packet

Memo Intel reads native PDFs directly and runs an OCR layer for scanned pages, then returns terms, figures, and risks as structured fields — each with the page and section it came from. Unit legends (“amounts in thousands”) are detected and applied, and low-confidence reads are flagged for the prover.

Step 2 & 3 — Normalize & Prove

The Proving Workbench

One analyst enters; a second proves. Every extracted term sits beside the source document — click it and the exact clause is highlighted. Prove, flag, or correct each field; the confidence-ranked queue puts attention where errors are likeliest; and the export gate stays locked until all terms are checked. Every decision lands in the audit trail: who proved what, when, against which clause.

Step 4 — Deliver

Your systems stay the system

Proved terms push to Excel and Sheets, export as CSV/XML, or flow through the API into your in-house app. Every proved term also lands in your firm’s Term Vault — searchable, source clause attached — so “what’s the redemption gate on Fund X?” takes seconds, forever.

And then — Report Studio CONCEPT

From proved terms to client-ready reports

Once terms are proved, they become building blocks. Drag any term from your Vault onto the canvas and generate a client-ready summary — every number already verified, every field still carrying its source citation.
