Map a public company’s ownership and subsidiary network as an interactive graph. Select any entity to inspect its details and the SEC filings that evidence each link.
TradeSync parses offering memorandums, filings, and statements — then makes the verification step fast, cited, and audit-ready. Built for lean investment teams doing ten-person output.
Extracted terms on the left. The source document on the right. Click any term and jump to the exact clause it came from — then prove, flag, or correct it. Nothing exports until every field is checked.
Subject to the limitations set forth in this Article 7, a Limited Partner may redeem all or a portion of its interest on the twentieth (20th) Business Day following each calendar quarter-end (each, a “Redemption Date”). A redeeming Limited Partner must deliver written notice of redemption not less than sixty (60) days prior to the applicable Redemption Date.
Click any extracted term and land on the exact clause it came from. A confidence-ranked queue puts your attention where errors are likeliest — including scanned pages read by OCR.
→tune 02 — FITEvery firm tracks its own terms. Template Studio maps each parse to the exact fields your in-house system requires — so the output fits on day one, without rework.
→verified 03 — RECEIPTSDual-control roles, per-field sign-off, and an export gate: data reaches your systems only when every term is checked — with an audit trail your compliance officer will actually like.
Memo Intel reads offering memorandums, decks, filings, and statements — native PDFs and scans alike — and returns the thesis, terms, figures, and risks as structured data. Nothing hides on page 47.
How parsing worksToday, proving means scrolling an 80-page PDF to re-find every number. In TradeSync, the source clause is one click away — so Analyst B verifies, flags, or corrects each field in seconds, and the system remembers every decision.
See the proving flowWe augment your stack instead of replacing it. Push proved terms to Excel or Sheets, export CSV/XML, or connect the API to your in-house system — and every proved term stays searchable in your firm’s Term Vault, source clause attached.
Explore delivery optionsTwo new instruments on the same standard: every node, driver, and figure resolves to a filed document.
Map a public company’s ownership and subsidiary network as an interactive graph. Select any entity to inspect its details and the SEC filings that evidence each link.
Drivers derive from filed history. Every assumption cites its source period, and every projected figure carries its formula and filing anchor.
Deterministic math on filed figures. Assumptions and outputs stay linked to the periods, formulas, and source documents behind them.

Every tool shares one engine — parse, normalize, prove, deliver — and every document processed makes your firm’s proved-data library more valuable.
Parses memorandums, decks, and long PDFs into analyst-ready packets: thesis, terms, figures, risks.
Compare SEC disclosures across periods and see what actually changed.
Map a public company’s entity network and open the SEC evidence behind every filed connection.
Model any SEC registrant forward with filed-history drivers, cited assumptions, and formula-linked figures.
Side-by-side verification: extracted terms beside the source document, click-to-clause citations, confidence-ranked queue, prove / flag / correct per field, dual-control roles, export gate.
Define the exact fields your firm requires; every parse maps to your template, not ours.
A firm-wide registry of every proved term, searchable, with the source clause attached.
Proved data flows out via Excel, CSV/XML, and API — into the in-house systems and tools already in use.
Expected-vs-received tracking per fund; missing and late documents flagged; the parse queue builds itself.
When an amended document arrives, diffs it against the proved record and isolates exactly which terms changed.
Exam-ready exports of the dual-control log: who proved what, when, against which clause.
“After we build out the initial entry, someone has to go in and prove it — and the proving takes longer.”— Investment operations analyst, design-partner firm
We’re building TradeSync side-by-side with the people who do this work. Who it’s for
We’re onboarding a small group of design-partner firms: hands-on setup, direct access to the founders, and pricing that respects being early.
